Transitioning Your Winter Wardrobe into Spring on a Budget

You all should know by now that I am a person who likes to ball out on a budget. I am a firm believer in the fact that if you look hard enough, you can find some really good pieces to add to your wardrobe that may not be expensive, but still look great. Fortunately for you, I have done the hard looking already and have found some AWESOME staple items for your transitioning into spring wardrobe that you do not want to miss out on.

I'm just going to go ahead and start out with my favorite. You know I am a queen of Walmart finds, and I think I have found some great ones for your spring wardrobe. This Time and Tru top is PERFECT for spring! It is light-weight, but not see through. Can be worn with some cute jeans OR shorts. Dress it up, or dress it down. The best part... it is under $13! And comes in several other pretty spring colors like coral, aqua, and navy. I paired this top with another awesome Walmart find. These Time and Tru high waisted sculpt jeggings are a DREAM and seriously make your booty look SO GOOD. And you guessed it... the price is the best part. These bad boys are under $18 and come in several colors. SCORE!

Size references: I am wearing a size 6 in the jeggings, and a size medium in the top.

If you have been following me for a while, you know that 99 percent of my wardrobe is neutrals- white, cream, tan/taupe, black, grey. And honestly, I am so glad because neutrals are perfect for EVERY season. I love the combining white with another neutral, especially during spring. I think it looks so fresh and vibrant, sorta like spring feels to me. For this outfit, I paired the same Time and Tru High Rise Jeggings with this soft Luxe Pullover Sweater. It comes in several colors, and again... the best part is the price. It is under $18. But hurry, this one is selling out fast!

Alright, clearly I am a sucker for comfy tee shirts with cute sleeves. This adorable top is under $10 and comes in several pretty spring colors, including sky blue, mint green, and coral. I love this lilac color for spring! What I love the most about this top is that it can be worn with athleisure wear... just throw it on with some cute leggings and some sneaks or slip on shoes and you are good to go!

Please let me know if you found this blog post helpful and if you would like for me to do more "on a budget" themed posts in the future. I love a good Walmart, Target, Old Navy find, but what I love more than that is helping others feel more confident and giving them the best tips and information that I can offer. Thank you for your love and continuous support!
Blessings and Health,
Chauncey
